Google wanted to take a week out tinkering with some challenging issues they are experiencing. I helped them achieve their goals.
I facilitated a Design Sprint – originally a method developed by Google Ventures – and adapted it for the specific purpose of the week-long intensive sprint.
We brought together a team of Googlers and a team from Peytz & Co to co-create and develop a number of prototypes addressing the overall challenges specified.
Utilizing the Design Sprint
I utilized the structured approach of a Google Ventures Design Sprint to plan and facilitate an intense week for the combined team of Googlers and Peytz & Co.
The main objective was to get something tangible out of the week and provide 1-2 ideas that Google could keep working on internally.
The solutions were demoed to a pan-European audience at Google, and the conclusion was that the OKR objectives set up by Google were met and even exceeded.
