Gyldendal Uddannelse (Education) was looking to reevaluate their approach to digital product development. I helped them find a new and better approach.
Gyldendal Uddannelse wanted to test out a new and more customer-oriented way of developing digital products, and together we decided to do a 12 week Innovation Sprint.
During the sprint we managed to get results that more than validated a new and more customer-driven way of doing digital product development that they are now working to adapt.
Changing paradigm through an Innovation Sprint
I designed a 12 week Innovation Sprint for Gyldendal Uddannelse.
The main objective of the sprint was to use customer research – interviews with students – and analysis of the findings as the feedback mechanism for informing decision on new digital products.
We tested the findings, and we saw conversation rates of approx 30% thus validating the findings, the analysis and the approach.
